Our return policy is very simple:

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on ArtTuesday.Com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.   As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.   Please note – ArtTuesday.Com does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

If you have any questions about your order, you can call us any time at 877-807-5901.   We're available 24 hours per day / 7 days per week.   

If you've hesitated to purchase artwork online in the past, why not give us a try?   You have nothing to lose!

Can I place my order over the phone?

No. All orders must be placed online. 

If you have a question about placing an order, you can reach a customer service representative by calling 312-238-9009 (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM U.S. Pacific Time). Our customer service representatives can help answer your questions about placing your order, but when it comes time to actually place the order, you'll have to do that using our website.

When will my order ship?

Greeting cards ship within 1 - 2 business days after you place your order. 

Prints ship within 3 - 4 business days after you place your order. 

Please note - even if you select "overnight" as your shipping method, we still need the time (above) to actually print, assemble, and package your order. Everything at ArtTuesday.Com is printed and manufactured "on demand". We don't have any pre-made products sitting on our shelves.

I'm buying a gift. Will the purchase price appear on the invoice with my order?

You can send your order as a gift. We do NOT include any dollar amounts on the invoice that will be included with your purchase.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipment?

We replace it! 

We do our absolute best to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we can't control the UPS / FedEx delivery drivers who will be handling the order along the way. 

If your order arrives damaged, simply contact us at 877-807-5901 and we'll get a replacement order into production ASAP: 

Don't worry - damage rarely occurs. We wouldn't be in business for very long if it did! 

  What is aPhotoDigital

In the simplest terms:
I Take a Photograph and use a digital brush to Paint over the Photograph.
The photos must be digital and of good quality due to the fact that the painting takes on the quality of the photograph. Large image, high quality, 4000 pixels or higher on at least one side.
I place the photo on my computer and use a digital brush to paint over the photograph. I then adjust several things like tone, color and contrast and a few adjustments that are a secret formula. LOL.
I like working with my own photographs because of the high quality my equipment and adjustments produce. But I will work with your photographs (If they meet the above standards) to produce great looking PhotDigitalPaintings of the things you care about. Such as – your home, portraits, pets, vacation photographs, etc.
